RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Return address can be found at the bottom on the page.
- Customised products cannot be returned or refunded. However, should the product be damaged or mis-spelt then we shall replace the product free of cost. You must inform us with 24 hours of receipt of your shipment.
- COD option is not available for customised products.
- We at Proshield know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Shipping/Pickup is provided only in case of damaged or defective products received by you.
